Example:
An Amazon vendor with 3 months average sales performance of AED 500,000 qualifies for a limit of AED 500,000 to start and can increase this if there is increase in POs and returns/deductions are within acceptable range over last 3 months. If pricing agreed on is 0.05% and invoice due date is 30 days away, charges on an advance of AED 50,000 will be AED 750 (0.05% *30 * 50,000). All charges will be deducted upfront on advance.
